[Resolved] Indane Gas — LPG gas booking and delivery issue | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I (Sachin) am son of Mr. Shiv Kumar Agarwal, writing on behalf of my father. I (Shiv Kumar Agarwal) am a consumer of Indane Gas. We are facing LPG gas booking and delivery issue with the distributor. The local gas distributor does not book the gas in time and makes different –different reasons to delay the gas booking. Also after the delayed booking , he also makes different excuses to deliver the gas and makes a long delay in Gas delivering. There is a festival season and I have a family with me , due to poor Gas booking and delivery, my family is facing the problem. Indane Gas — Delivery Issue
Maruthi- Indane Distriutor, 1/1 Welcome Colony, Anna Nagar West Extn., Chennai- 600 101.I have booked a gas cylinder 20 days before and still the cylinder has not been delivered. Inspite of calling few times on this failure of delivery there is no proper response from the distributor for the same. One standard reply is will be delivered next week but this is not adhered. Poor service!
