[Resolved]  Indane Gas Ioc Ltd — REFILL BOOKING PROCEDURE

As my Mobile No. is changed Booking for Refill is not being allowed from
the new Mobile . Please let me know the procedure for booking for
Refill Gas cylinder by the new Mobile--- V K Sharma, Delhi

IOC/Indane Gas — Not booking/refilling cylinder

I am krishan, having indane gas connection from 4-5 years. A year back moved to chennai from bangalore and got transfer my gas connection easily and was using without problem. Recently i went to gas agency to book/refilling empty cylinder. Gas agency refused to book for refilling saying that you need to produce ration card. I did get, why they are asking me, when i am having connection and using it from long time.
Guide me, wether it is really required ration card/ other documets to get refilling empty cylinder.
Let me know what to do about it

I tried hard to register for cylinder, but I am fail to connect the phopne number provided by them. It seems that the receiver of the phone picked aside.

Please do the needful for such unprofessional customer services.

IOC-Indane — Booking for Refill Gas Cylinder

Since, 4 months, i am unable to Tele-book refilled gas cylinder from this agency.
when ever i call, either the phone is engaged or no one is picking up the phone.

I am consumer of Indane in Pondicherry under Shri Rajiv Gandhi Gas Agencies with consumer number RG4338

While booking gas they raise a bill on the booking date, but inform us that the cylinder will be despatched in a week, 10 days or 15 days. But they wont deliver on time we have call them and they will take additional period. Some times it may take more than 25 days. Last time we received the cylinder after 25 days. While asking the agency they simply replied (readymade answer on all time) that while the delivery man came the door was locked. Since my mother undergone a surgery 100% there is no chance for door lock. It happens everytime. Then while delivery they gave the bill with booking date.not the delivery date. The major hurdle we face is, while we go for booking of refill they take the date of delivery only. They deliver the cylinder as per their wish, but they fix the time for booking date of refill as 25 days after delivery. What is the procedure for booking the refill cylinder?

I am much dissatisfied with indian gas services they are not give a proper response and after booking of for refling for cylender then they not give response up to 30 to 40 days. So kindly fast your refling services.

I have made booking for refill of cylinder on 23:11:2009. Booking No. is 5255. I have not received cylinder till 02:12:2009. I want to know through you, How much time requires for receipt of cylinder after booking. Also i want to know the charges of DBC Connection .

I m a consumer of I.O.C.Ltd., Guwahati. Now I want to need double cylinder connection from my Gas Agency. I have already a single cylinder connection.So, how much I will pay for it and what is the procedure to get the 2nd one against my existing card?

I am in possession of LPC Connection No. 16199 from IOCL. The services of Gas agencies under IOCL are worst. They do not supply refill without approaching Gas agency for 3/4 times . This period of delay goes long for 25 to 30 days. I had sent several complaints to Min. of Petrollium aswell as Indian Oil Company but no response. This once again I have booked refil on 20/4/2014 vide refill booking No. [protected]-295510 but the bill for this number has not been generated even after passing of 10 days. I want to know that howmuch time is taken to get the booking materallised and also getting the delivery of cyllender. Thanks.

Hi, Can you help me with one thing. I have accidentally registered my mobile number for some other consumer number. Now, neither am able to de-register that nor register my correct consumer number. Left stranded. Can you please guide me?
