Indane Gas — Improper service | |||
Sir, I would like to inform you that i have lost my indane gas connection documents and lost my consumer number and past one year we have not refilled the gas because, the gas agent asks me to bring the consumer number even though we have given all the other connection details he is not ready to tel the number and not allowing to continue the transaction. but we have confirmed from his subordinate that our connection has been missused til now by that agent. The register tells us that regular transaction has been done through our connection by some body else through the agent. All other customers are suffering from the same agent in not doing the proper service in time he just pull on and make the transaction late. So, I kindly request you to help me to come out of this problem and to know my cunsumer number which i have lost.
