[Resolved]  Indane Gas (Modern Gas Agency, Tansen Nagar, Gwalior (M.p) — non delivery of gas cylinder

Respected Sir,
i have a INDANE GAS connection whose service is provided by MODERN GAS AGENCY, TANSEN NAGAR, GWALIOR(M.P), My gas conection no.is 14631 .i booked my cylinder on date[protected] but i dont have take my cylinder, i had call in modern gas agency second time for reminder on date[protected] to[protected]daily 2 times) but he didnt give any response, and the staff who is working over there have no maner how talk with customer, they always talk in rough language.
Please consider my complaint and try to give reach my cylinder to me in two days.

This is the almost every customer's problem who are attaching with this agency. Modern gas agency is worst agency of indane in gwalior. They misbehaved with customer and not pick the phone so many times even they put the receiver off after so many ring. Indane officer must do something these type of agency who are cheating with the customer. So many times they book the number and after 1 or 2 week when customer is expecting his cylinder they says your number is not booked. Shameful
