Indane Gas New Connection — misbehave and compulsion to buy water purifier

sir, i appplied for new lpg conncetion at SURAT, GUJARAT, INDIA.the dealer is asking me to buy WATER PURIFIER with NEW LPG CONNECTION, then only i will get new lpg connection, and he is asking R.S. 12, 000=00 for both, lpg connection, AS WEL AS for NEW WATER PURIFIER.
and today when i ask complain no of authorized person he misbehave with me, he told me bad words and try o thro my CELL FONE and threat me that he will delay his lpg connection and harres him. so pl do need full.my cell no is [protected]. MY REGESTRATION NO IS 842

Maine new connection k liye[protected] ko Ram Puran Gas Servies, Garh Road, Meerut per apply kiya tha jis k liye Ram puran ne mujhe ek form 20 wale Stam paper per fill kara ker jma ker liya. lekin aaj dated[protected] tk mujhe koi connection nai mila h. aur Ram purna p ja ker kuch pucho to koi shi ans nai milta h.
plzz sir mujhe ek new connection dilwane ki kirpa kare...
