[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Non Delivery of Gas cylinder(refill)

Indane Gas Distributer : Rashmi Indane Gas Agency, Nayandahalli, Bangalore ( near Rajarajeswari nagar Arch)


I booked my refill through SMS booking on 14th Feb 2012. Till now refill is not delivered. On enquiry on 14th Mar 2012, by personal visit to the dealer place, it is revealed that the gas refill was not delivered due my house was door locked.

1. I would like bring it to your notice that till 15th March 2012, my mother was at home there is no chance of door lock at my home.

2. Second point here is dealer is having my mobile phone number and same number is getting printed on the bills. The delivery boy not even contacted me before cancelling my refill.

3. While enquiring the delivery boy it is found that he do not have currency to call my number.


One major point I would like to bring here is this agency is not having courtesy to entertain telephone call . Every time consumer needs to visit their center, even though we won’t get proper response. Every time their personnel are giving improper information and direction.

I am requesting dealer or in simple word begging the customer relation personnel to deliver the gas on daily basis since 16 Mar 2012. Till now gas is not delivered to my residence.

I have reached situation of visiting Hotel for food with my family.
