[Resolved]  Indane Gas - Yadu Gas Agecy, Sahibabad, Gzb — UNFAIR PRACTICE OF BLACK MARKETING OF LPG

I lived in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad and the domestic gas consumer of INDANE GAS service comes under the service area of M/s YADU GAS AGENCY, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. As on 21 Nov 2008 I had booked the gas cylinder through the phone call for my connection no. 12849. But there was no delivery taken place upto 5 Dec 2008. After 15 days I called again for the delivery, The concern madam at Yadu gas agency said that we will deliver the gas next day. On next day (6 Dec 2008) the delivery man comes at my home to deliver gas with unofficial handwritten slip.I asked him for geniune one but they denied and blamed the agency official that they did not provide him printed slip. Then I went to Office of Yadu gas agency located in shahibabad. And talked to manager of gas agency for this incidence and asked for the record of previous booking as on 21 Nov 2008. After Obtaining the slip from record store I found that the gas booked on 21 Nov 2008 has been delivered to someone else on 25 Nov 2008 with fake receiver/consumer signature.I mean my connection is given to someone which is Unfair practice of Black marketing done by INDANE GAS under YADU GAS AGENCY. After that to nullify their error, they sort out my case they booked the gas in previous date 5 Dec 2008.
