[Resolved]  Indane LPG Cooking Gas — Poor Service, Late Delivery Of Refill Cylinders

Dear Sir,

We have two connections for cooking gas at home. Every time we need to book for refill cylinders, my mother has a very hard time calling up the distibutor/vendor, Rajasthan Rajya Krai Vikrai Sangh, on Bhawani Singh Road, Jaipur (They don't respond). Their Tel. Nos. are:[protected], 2740203. There are times when we have to send our man to the above address only to book for gas! Then we end up waiting for the delivery. Again, we send the man to inquire about the delay. It is quite frustrating and irritating. Our gas cards are as follows:-

1) Mr. P. K. Sethi Customer No. S 22858 SV No. 171407

2) Mr. Anil Sethi Customer No. S 30489 SV No. 1950218

I would be obliged if you kindly saw into the matter and pulled them up to ensure an efficient working/supply. Thank You

I have an LPG connection no. 12987 with Leela Gas Agency Delhi. The distributor is unnecessarily harrasing the consumer by late delievery of refills by as much as 5 - 7 days. the modus operandi is simple. i book the gas on telephone and when i remind them of non delievery after 3 - 4 days, they reply that no booking has been done and fresh booking is done and thus the delievery is delayed. over and above they are openly selling the domestic cylinders at Rs. 400 in the market.

we are based at Jamshedpur. my Consumer No. is MMP-06984. we procure the gas through M/s Jaiswal Gas Agency, Golmuri Market, Jamshedpur. late delivery of the gas cylinder t is a regular practice for the agency. It takes them approx. 10 days for the customers to get the gas cylinder. Kindly look into the matter on priority basis and do the needful.
