Delivery man never carry a spring balance to check the weight of LPG Cylinders before taking delivery. In most of the cases the cylinder contains not more than one-third quantity of LPG.The distributor do not maintain any emergency Telephone Nos. for intimation regarding Gas Leakage. There is no Complain redressal management is available on 24 hrs. basis with the distributor. Name of Distributor - M/s. I had lodged a complaint (dtd.29/9/08; time:5pm)with the above distributor that my unused gas cylinder(received on 5/9/08) is leaking. Inspite it being an emergency I have received no response from the dealer as yet. If an accident occurs who is to take the responsibility.
