[Resolved]  Indane (LPG - Gas) IOC, Neelkanth Gas Service — Denial of weighing LPG cylinder/ Misbehaviour

This is for your kind notice that the delivery-men of NEELKANTH GAS SERVICE, C-1/12, VASHIST PARK, PANKHA ROAD, NEW DELHI-46 never carry the weighin g machine with them.When we ask them to weigh the cylinder they always say that" we don't have the weighing machine." when contacted the proprieter of the agency, he said that INDIAN OIL CORPORATION does not supply any weighing machine for the same, and the proprieter as well as manager of the agency misbehave with the consumers.
You are requested to direct the proprieter of the agency to send delivery-men with weighing machine to weigh the cylinder at the time of delivery and respect the consumers.
