[Resolved] Indane — Not responding for gas booking

Good morning Sir....

I'm Y. Naveen Kumar. I'm one of the customer of Indane gas. I'm owning an account in Anand enterprises... The main reason for keeping the complaint is, the people who has to deliver the gas cylinder to the home is not working according to the protocol. They were not responding properly towards public in our area (Neeruganti street, Anantapur). As a customer i had booked the gas in the month of may but still i didn't got the cylinder. Recently my dad visited the office and asked the details... They gave a new bill and gave a number to contact delivery boy... That boy is not at all responding... Without seeing the bill he is telling that ur bill had been cancelled u again take a bill from office and call afterwords. If we say that recently we had taken the bill, then he will that cal us tomorrow... This is the situation our family is facing... In order to bring to your notice i'm posing this complaint. I'm expecting a positive response for my problem. My customer ID is 46586. Thank you.

lindane — Not Booking

I am an resident in rohini there is ROHINI ENTERPRISE those distribute the cylinder gas of indane we are suffering many promblems to book my cylinder they did not pick their we have to go their for booking the cylinder please take some as soon as possible

Indane Gas — Not response

Dear Sir/Madam

I am one of your indane customer for past 15 years, my gas agency name is Sri Navaneethalakshmi Agencies, Teynampet, Chennai - 18. One of the supplier boy, asked money previous month Rs.40/- for delivery the gas to my friend home. My friend asked that agency and gave complaint, but that agency said to my friend to change your agency place to t.nagar, we are not interest to supply to you.

So, far that we want to tell your, this agency supply boys, receiving money from customers means why the agency would not pay any salary to them. Middly class publics are effected by this type of agencies. If any gas leekages also they dont take any action for the customers.

Kindly look into this and clarified the mistakes hereafter not occured for any body.

Indane Gas — non responding to call for booking

my consumer no is X 24562 of Bhubaneswar gas,3,jaydevmarg,Bhubaneswar,Orissa. The dealer is not answering to our phone. Today I rang to their land line[protected] but nobody picked up phone for booking. I also gave two calls to the dealer Sri Ray. He talked to me and cut up the line when I asked him to book a gas since their man did not receive my call. This is their regular habit. Should I go for a consumer case or withdraw my connection from Indane gas since I am facing much problem in getting a gas by booking over phone.

Indane Gas — Not responding booking

During the last four months when I tried to book my gas cylinder over phone the response came either busy or ringed away.

I am your customer more than 15 years, my gas agency L V Reddy Agencies, at manovikas Nagar Secunderabad 11. We could not book my gas through phone they always keep the phone in engage mode. Since several years I booking my gas by reach their office. This is very difficult for me or any other customers. I request you to ask them to make customer convenience.

Moreover they are providing technician for emergency when it required.
Please consider this very seriously.
