[Resolved]  Indane: Seetharama Gas Service, Anekal, Bangalore — Gas connection got suspended because Seetharama did not submit the documents

We had a gas connection transferred from Vishwanath gas agency: banashankhari, Bangalore, (Customer number : 64383) to seetha rama indane gas service, anekal, Bangalore (customer number : 3449).

We had this connection in Vishwanath agency for more than 3 years, but when we transferred to Seetha rama gas agency, we got one delivery and after that we were told that the connection got suspended.
When we contacted them, they said that all he documents were not submitted and we were told to submit the documents in the Anekal taluk office and get attestation on the gas passbook. Meanwhile we were told that we'll get 1 gas delivery till theses things are sorted out.

So i went to Anekal taluk office on 29th October and got the attestation from the taluk office. After that i went to Seetha rama gas agency for getting the gas delivery. We were told that we will not be given AANNYYY gas until the taluk people submit the go-ahead from them, not even 1 that we were promised.

This is soooooo frustrating. We had originally submitted the documents to Seetha rama people and they did not submit all the docs and our gas was suspended. Despite of that we did not complaint and went ahead and submitted the docs. Now we are told that we will not get anny connection with arrogance.

Is this the way you people mistreat your customers?

I also get my connection transferred to Seetarama Agency. All i submitted was a Cancelled Gas document from the prior distributor, Gas Card and showed the Gas - regulator. After verifying the regulator another lady (who looks like in charge) there entered the things in the computer and new consumer number was generated. At the end she said give Rs.50/- I thought I'm about to get a bill for that when I handed over the money. Then she looked at the face and said "Ashte" ..Then i realized that it was the fees paid by me for her work. Though i was not happy I did not make any fuzz as few more people was waiting there for their turn
But then they have given the slip right.. for me also they did the same thing... but i was not aware of 'asthe..' thing.. i thought this was for their paper work.. this is soooo shameful on the part of Indian oil.. they do not have annny customer feedback kind of thing... i do not know the email address of Indian oil customer care.. if anybody has, please give so that we can get a better response from them...
