[Resolved]  India Infoline Securities Pvt. Ltd. Brokerage House — Trade in my account withot permisson and squareed off my valluable stocks

I had Open trading account with India Infoline securities Pvt. Ltd at Baroda Branch since 2004. At the time of opening I had signed Client agreement forms Where tick mark by the company. I also put my signature place whre write agreement for providing digital contract notes in electronic form, But I hadn't given my Mail ID in the form. In the bigining India infoline provide me contract notes regularly by post. After few months its stop and every time I have to asked for the contract notes over phone to concern employee.
Last year in 2007 holding stocks squre off by the company without my permisson. when I inform by company, I ask them why my stock sold without my permisson. Concern employee inform that company's risk management dept had take dicisiondue to debit balance in your accounts. I again I asked him that Why r u not inform me or demand money for the debit balance. he repleid me that funding given u on your stocks by company so, question of demanding money not arise. again asked him if funding is there than how my stocks sold out? he again replied that that dicision taken by our risk department sittiing atMumbai corporate office. Than I told him to provide all transaction notes and ledger copyies for the cuurent year as well as previous year . I also visit aat company's Mumbi office to meet their official to lodged my comlain. Mr. Chintan Modi meet me there but they not hear or lodged my complain. I also told him that I hadn't any contract notes or leger copy . and your comany had'nt sent me regularly. He told me I am busy today come tomorrow at my office and collect it.Next day he Did'nt meet me and inform me by company's customer care person that today printing not possible and we will send it by post at your residence. After coming back I mailed my comlain to Mr. Nirmal Jain Chairman of the company, Mr. Chintan Modi Vice president of the company And also mailed to Mr. Chirag Manager at Baroda Branch. I also lodged my complain at SEBI . After few days Sebi sent me letter of registration of my complain. From Baroda branch i received Script wise transaction statement both for F & O and delivery and copy of the ledger.
After study of the above documents, I was socked that tere r so many transaction in F & O sagement done withot my permison and booked big loss in my accounts. After receiving complain form from NSE, I fiil the forms and submit it . After few days I received a letter from India infolne which is wrote to NSE grevenses cell and copy mark to me along with client agreement form. In which company had replied that everything is proper in the customer's account and we had sent every contract notes through by Mail, which is given in the agreement. I study my agrement form and seen that at the information of mail column some body had writeen a mail ID . Hand writting at that place is also differ compare to othe information place.
When I ask at Baroda regarding the mail I D, i was informed that mail id is property of ex employee of the Inda infoline, and that Mail I D is not in use since last 4 years. Than I wrote aletter to NSE and inform reality. I also wrote a letter to company legeal cell and also ask forbalance of one of my stock Wseen India Shhip Yard was short by 4700 shares Which was not sold, but it was transfer in some ones demat account during the month oct. 07. But they had not answer till the month of June 08. And they inform me at the time of joint meeting at NSE office that 4700 shares was transfer by them in funding account without informing me. They also argued taht when you had put the signed at the place of agreement for receving digital copy of contract notes and we had send the all contract notes by mail, so we r not accepting your claim. After taht comany wrote me letter informing that they had transfer4700 shares of Western India Ship Yard in your Demat account. But that time price i s fall down, So i have not acceptable. After that I fiiled the case in arbitation at NSE. Sir please advice me how to represent case during hearing at NSE. I am in big tension since last year, As i am responsible person in the family. ihave big resposibility of my Born Blind Daughter and also of my old age father suffering from prostate cancer. Despite several calls you are are not responded to me and not responding even today morning also ie on 27-06-09. I requested you to demonstrate you how trading to be done after activation. for solve issue..

solution reply or call back from customer care.

[protected]@indiainfoline.com - this is email for In case your query is unresolved for over 72

hours, you can escalate the same to the Head office. you may write

to the President, Retail Broking on this email. But this email also

not reply in 72+72+72 hours also.


customer care of IIFL email id & president email id too..3 emails on 15/04 16/04 21/04 but still

no reply from IIFL ...all are sleeping.

Mr.Nirmal jain...I m a client of your company during last 7 years...in equity and commondity segment. but yesterday suddenly they blocked my user id 64PRABIR with out any notice and information...I have a holding position so right now I can't able to trade in no offline or online. even my RM can't trace my a/c from his system and I already sent to mail to ur customer care regarding this matter but still they can't able to solve it and no reply me So at this moment who will take my loss liabilities as yesterday I was in profit position after blocked my a/c...so sir pls take an action as soon as possible they can able to do trade from my a/c online and offline..Otherwise I have to close my a/c from IIFL immediately….
