[Resolved]  India Post — behaviour of postmaster at svnit post office surat

i had gone to the post office at svnit college surat to collect the passport which was sent by the passport dept on 1/10/2009 but the post master is not ready to talk to u politelyand telling u the excat position where the passport is . i am going to the office for the past 2 days but of no use .some post man tell u to come in the morning the other tells u to come the next day .even though the post man r polite but the post master is very rude what should i do and whome to give complaint in writing i hope some action will be taken against such post masters i havent received the passport which is on my daughters name till now 15/10/2009
