I had send some important document on 19.05.2011 through speed post from Nangalroy New Delhi to Gorakhpur UP.Still my latter is not reached till 24.05.2011 evening,

I have track my status but status not updated on 23-may and i called customer support to Mr. R K BINWAL on[protected] that number . he dropped my call and not answering.
Kindly suggest me its urgent document?????

IT REACHES VERY LATE -- MINIMUM 3 DAYS TO NANKUNERI UP TO TILL TIME NOTDELIVERED( LETTER, MOST IMPORTDENT ), PL.KINDLY DELIVERED TODAY. SPEED POST NO ET[protected]IN ON 11 JUNE 2011 IT HAS RECEIVED BY 1 ON NEXT DATE, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE &TIME.
iTHIS NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.FOR DELIVERY.

The speed post has not been delivered till date and on checking up at the speed post tracking-movement it is only showing bagged.
