for money to do that service,if they are not given they thereafter just avoid giving our letters.I even got a call from bimm,pune that the letter they sent to me reached back to them.As i am a student I m facing a lot of problem as scorecards and admit cards

I am in consensus with the complaint made above. Also I would like to add Mr. Rohit could at least get a revenue stamp at the post office, in Pune I was declined stating "Central govt. has barred Post offices to sell Revenue Stamps", but without giving any reason to such an act.

The post office employee directed me to a shop who sold 1 revenue stamp for 2 Rs. i.e. I landed up buying 10 stamps for 20 Rs.

I would be interested to know what is govt intention behind such an Act. [Is govt trying to help Shop keepers earn more money in Recession time]. If yes please think about the general public welfare as well.

A phrase is apt here, "Justice delayed is justice denied".

I also suffered a lot for a single revenue stamp of rs 1/-.. in Pune, Camp. LIC office ask for revenue stamp but this are not available with Postoffice. My badluck... I went to court to ask about a revenue stamp and i was asked for 2 rs in camp's court premises by a advocate. When I asked that you are selling 1rs stuff in 2 rs then he said.. I don't have the stamps. Go and find somewhere else. Other by passers said to check with near by panwallas and photoopy shop... I roam aroudn and came back there and ask for help to senior person. In turn, he yealled at me and ask me that how dare I came there and ask about the revenue stamp. He said that if i will stay there more then he will hand me over to Police. I said thanks and came back to photocopy shop to ask if there would be another possiblity. My luck, another lady customer said that may be she have and later she found it in her wallet. She said that not give a ruppee but I said.. please take this madem as you are kind to help me out in this pune... I thanked her and finished my job and came back. I would suggest to check with treassury office to collect this sort of stamp rather than seeking help from government servant as they already useless.

In Month of Jan sales of Revenue Stamps are high. To submit tax proof we needed Revenue Stamps. Every Post offices in Hyd running out of stocks and Revenue stamps are available from Rs 5 to Rs 10 in local shops.

Why Govt imposed we need to affix Revenue stamps on tax proofs when they dont supply enough. or cant keep a check on the black marketing.

I ran pillar to post to get a 1 Rs. revenue stamp.
I found a notice on the Kundalahalli post office, Bangalore.
It read "Revenue stamps are not available, Govt has not printed revenue stamp for 4 years." When i asked the post master or the counter person, she showed the notice. One old man said it may be available in stationary shop. I enquired in few stationary shops and could not get the same.

Is it true that govt has not printed revenue stamps for 4 years.

Great scam one after the other. Encouraging touts to make money.

Right from top to bottom every where corruption.

Can some one take action on this.

Shopkeepers are selling revenue stamp Rs 3 per stamp in Pune. Its time to submit the tax proof and this is the way shopkeepers are in benefit. Post offices do not have these stamps. What the govt is doing? We pay tax and we even don't get things at the given price. is the govt. just for collecting the tax ?

Its a request to please, check that there is ample amt of revenue stamps at the authorized post offices and banks and also, checks should be made to avoid black marketing of such things.

Most recent price of Re 1stamp in the stationary is Rs 5. i.e. 400% more. Govt is supporting blackmarketing by neither declaring that Re1 revenue stamp is not needed anymore on receipts etc. NOR by ensuring enough supply. If Govt hasnt printed from the past 4 years how come it is available in stationaries and not in POs???

on 15/04/2009, I had sent a registered A/D postal article addressing the Insurance Inspector, ESI Corpn, Kottayam...As the cover caontained a letter of legal notice nature, I wanted to sent it by Registered A/D, so that i can prove the acknowledgment card later in the court.Unfortunately till date .i.e 10th of May 2009...neither i have received the Acknowledgment card back or received any sort of information in this connection. The booking number is RLAD 2886 ...

When i contacted the Post Mistress of the said office I was asked to submit a detailed comaplaint so that they may look into the matter...It is very sad that Though I have the right to receive the Acknowledge in time, again i have to run after the office for the simple matter...

I think this sort of red tapism and such attitude of the concerned officers create lot of inconveniences to the customers who pay the required charge at the time of the booking...

There fore i request you to instruct the concerned official to do the needful in this regard...

I wanted to bring this to your notice that, i had purchased a lens from HKBNS ([protected]@hkbns.com) from Ebay.com at $426.99 and paid using Paypal, on 15th September 2012, but still not received the Item at my shipping Address. I contacted the Seller, he replied that he had checked with his Postal department and found that it has been shipped on 15th Septmeber 2012, and ask to me wait further, and says it definetly reaches me. Today on 5th October 2012, I have visited R.K.M Branch of Post office, Itanagar I found the parcel and received it but it was devoid of the materials which I had purchased. the parcel item has been changed by the postal department and it was containing with some shredded papers and old torn magazines.

This is my kind request to the Consumer Court to look deep into this subject matter and at least endeavor to find out the person who did this, because if you do not take any action it would give these persons intestinal fortitude to do these kind of wicked acts, which would obviously change the POST OFFICE DEPARTMENT name to BUNCH OF CROOKS one or the other fine day.

On external examination there were no indication of any tampering but on opening it, I found that as per my supplier Invoice No. 2780 dated 28.10.2009 for Rs. 3669.69, except Sl. No. 3 Cling Drape (CD 01) – 15 nos worth about Rs, 300/-, nothing is there and some magazines are instead inserted. It was actually containing surgical Implants for Operation Theater which was urgently required for one of the local leading Hospital.
I therefore request you to conduct immediate investigation in to the matter. The packing materials weighing 3673 grms including the box, cloth etc are produced herewith for further action. Nature of action taken may kindly be made known to me . At the time of booking the articles actual weighing is not known since the booking sticker was also removed. The postage paid was Rs.150/- and that sticker of the postage is there in the cloth.
The post office department instead of finding out any solution says that it is my fault way I have not asked for open delivery since they have not issued any notice to me mentioning that your parcel is tempered during transit. This is the third incident happen with me. 04.11.2009

I fully agree with Mr. Prashant Patil. There is absolute delay in receiving the letters at 400709. He has written it 2 months back but it seems no action has been taken by postal department. In the view of these complaints, there is no alternative but to take the complaint to GPO Mumbai & ministry of communication & transport for this neglect of duty by the staff in Koperkhairne.

On 08.02.2012 (Wednesday) one Speed Post letter was sent to me from Kolkata (Kharda Post Office) to my residential address Koperkhatrane in the name of Ranjit Basu Sarbadhikari Flat No. 202 Tanwar Mansion CHS
Plot No 32 Sector-17 Navi Mumbai - 400709 . Now fourdays have passed the letter not yet delivered to me though I am available at home.
I would request you pl do the needful. As the letter was so important I have to suffer.

Indian Post Office — transfer of MIS account

i have submitted a complaint no.[protected] and [protected] for transfer of my MIS account No. 3086542 from Kahalgaon STTP postoffice (813214) to Vindhyanagar Postoffice (486885). But till date it has not been transfered since last three months, please take necessary action.

We received a parcel from USA on 12 June 2009 delivered by KUKATPALLY, HYDERABAD post office, which was cut opened and two items out of three were stolen. They were worth $45 dollars. I stay in KPHB, Malaysian Township. Last Christmas a packet was sent from USA which never reached us. When we asked the postman who delivered the opened packet, she said most of the foreign parcels are opened. What is the procedure to file a complaint and get to the root of the matter. Someone from the Post office is stealing.

PAN Card — Delivery Issue

I would like to inform you that i have applied for pan on 7 Dec 2008.My pan no is AAPPO6302G, it was dispatched on 20 Dec 2008 and its ack no was [protected], card was dispatched by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected], but delivery boy had given to other person without any verification name as Raj and there is such person name as Raj in my localty.


Then I gave one request for delivery on 12 feb 2009. its ack no is [protected].According to the status it was dispatched on 19 Feb 2009.I gave my home town address along with pin code.But still I did'nt get pan card.I called to customer care of pan department meny times . They people always said that you will get your pan card within two or three days. It is my problem and realy It is so urgent for my job because without the photo copy of pan card my account can not be activated.


So I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

I have booked a e-Money Order at Goburajapuram Sub-Post Office for Rs. 1350 on 4th march, 2009 addressed to S gowri, c/o A periyasamy, Kuthalam Dist.- Nagapattinam- 609703. [vide PNR No.[protected]]. Moneyorder booked at PO Warora pin 442907 Chandrapur dist.

Moneyorder has not been delivered at given address so far. I enquired with local warora subpost office, it is told that my moneyorder has been redirected to cuddalore on 06/03/09 via Thanjavur, pin code 607001. This place is 300 kmtr. away from my native & there is no any male member to collect this MO from said place Cuddalore.
Now it is requested to send back this moneyorder to the given address, as in urgent need of money at my home.

I hope this complaint would reach the attention of the authorities so that I can get back the money at the earliest. I am thinking of going to consumer court, if it does not come within a week.
