I had sent a speed post from GPO, Bangalore on 5th July 2012 to LIC office of City Branch -II, Jewargi Cross, Gulbarga (585101) which has not yet reached till 10th July 2012. The tracking details show the artical has moved to GUlbarga different PO but not destination. Why this happens. The LIC office of my most is in prominent area and it is surpise as why they did not deliver till today. I called even LIC office and they said not reacieved till 1.30 PM today. Will my artical reach to them or will it get misplaced?
