[Resolved] India Post — misbehaviour of the postmaster | |||
when i applied passport for my baby, after the passport verification the officer has sent a passport through the speed post. my self and my husband both are working in a private institutions. we are not able to put a leave or permission to get the passport from the post office. i went the peelamedu post office (working time) to collect the passport. but the post man is went off. the other post man said come by tomorrow, but i request if there is any possible to get my passport. he got angry about me and started to shout, i back to home, the next day morning my self and my husband went to the post office to collect the passport the old postman has complain to his post master about the my area postman and the postmaster started to shout me. it is highly reticules. in the mean while my area post man get amount Rs 100 for delivering the passport.i think the delivery of the post is responsible for the postman.pls take a action against them 1. post master of Peelamedu 2. postman1 (gandhimaa nagar) 3.Postman2(the old man Was this information helpful? | |||

Complaint against post master and person sitting cash counter.
Post office vikas Nagar Lucknow-226022
I have deposited cash of my two daughters sukany smriddhi yojana. After depositing cash no passbook entry done or receiving given . Cash person misbehave very rudely and same response given by post master. They said first we don’t do passbook entry for other branch and secondly says no light is coming and in generater no passbook will print . I am watching all printing are happening. The person sitting cash is taking one transaction more than half an hour.
Very very poor bad service and bad response from post master.
I really not recommend to any one to go VIKAS Nagar post office.
