Registered Post — Non-delivery of important documents

Hi

I have sent some important tax related documents through Registered Post on 03-Aug-09. It's 12-Aug-09 today and till now the documents weren't delivered to the intended delivery location. While booking the registered post I was told that it would reach the destination in 3-4 days and now when I go to the post office they refused to take the complaint and told me that they would accept complaint only after 20 days of non-delivery of the package so I am raising my concern through this website. I could have sent through any other courier as it doesn't make any sense in sending through India Post that too a registered post. I am not concerned about the amount they charged but I am concerned about the delay on the tax filing and worried about the documents. I would request you to take this issue.

Passport regional office has despatched my passport through vide post (from vesava indiapost office) on 12.08.2009 and i was suppose to get my passport (as it is speedposted) on 13.08.2009 at silvassa indiapost office.But yet i haven't so please look on it.

It has been posted from Passport Regional office, Mumbai through Vesava Post office on 10.08.2009 and i was suppose to get that before 13.08.2009 but yet on 18.08.2009 i haven't recived it, so please look on this matter, its urgent.

Today I have received our one speed post letter after one month. It was despatched from Tanda, Faizabad, UP - 224190 to on address of Mumbai - 400088 with full and complete address. How can we beleive the Indian post. This is very sameful for us. My consigment number is EU[protected]IN. Please look the matter what is going on in our country.

Sir, I had sent a very important document to germany via Indian speed post From R. K. Nagar, Khar 10 days ago and i have no tracking details of my packet and neither do the people in the customer service lift the phone. I have contacted the German customer service and found that no such post has entered Germany yet. I kindly request the concerned ppl to take action as soon as possible

Sir/medam, I was send a gift parcel of 9.905 kg to myanmar at 07.08.09.parcel regd no is cp[protected]in.I had done a public complaint register.but complaint status always showing pending.what is the meaning of pending?not responding any thing.when my parcel will reach to destination?to whom i have to report?please reply me as soon as possible to my email.

EI[protected]IN supposed to deliverd to Ms. Manaswini Jena, at Bhubaneswar ( details address is written on the letter itself) not yet reached the destination after seven days passed.The speed post tracking system is showing the following details, in which I am unable to understand on 11 th Sept.once the article bagged from Bhopal to Bhubaneswar why it is again showing on 14 th Sept. from Chattarpur to Bhopal & finally what is 13 th Feb 2009 adelivered to Jabalpur. I can understand the article covered the route from (8 th-11th) Sept. but what is the confusion lastly made.

Kindly check the details & revert me also ensure the iarticle delivered to the proper person.

sriniwas puri post office delhi which has reached your new delhi postoffice on 11th itself. the tracking system is showing that it has been bagged on 11th but unfortunately it has not reached the destined location.please help me

I have forwarded my original documents of challan which is require to BHEL Tirchi on 11th sept 09 from bhopal and till now its not being delivered.

Indian Postal Dept. — Non Delivery of letters & other documents

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am residing at A-139, Sector - 37, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar,U.P. Pin - 201308 since last two years, it is noticed that there is no postal service rendered by our postal department.

The mere courier service we find there , in case any letter or other important documents posted through our prominent postal dept.(i.e.POST OFFICE) we never find our letter or documents delivered.
Definitely our letters and other important documents are being destroyed or misplaced or returned to the sender by giving vague remark by our postal dept.

For an instance one of our family memeber is doing CA course but he never find his ADMISSION CARD or Mark Sheet delivered to our house by the Postal Office nearby to our sector. He used to get both valuable documents through internet from the site of ICAI.

Kindly take a stringent action against the Postal Office under which jurisdiction our sector -37 comes because really & it very true that our sector is completely isolated by the postal services till now.
