I sent a very important document by speed post to (SCDL) Pune University, on 08/04/2009 from New Delhi, Sultanpuri Post office (Pin: 110086). Unfortunately however, the document has not been delivered till 18.04.2009 (as per the confirmation received from the university). It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately?

Dear Sir/madam, i am jayshree khedkar from university of pune, department of chemistry, am PhD student. on 16/04/1009 i sent some important documents to my brother at Khultabad (431101), from Pune University Post Office, Ganeshkhind 411007 by speed post. SP number is EM[protected]IN, till it is not delivered to the address. and by mistake i have wriiten wrong surname means i want to deliver to Eknath Maruti Ingale instead that i made surname Kamble. and speed post tracking is not showing any delivery information. i asked at khultabad post office they are saying that they didnt get any such post, so u plesae tell me what shoud i do in this case? either i shoud get it back on my address or shoud get deliver because surname is wrong but address is correct. no one is able to give any information that where is the letter??
i request u to kindly look into the matter and to help me to get document back or to deliver at that address.

I send important document to Canada on 15/4/09, and Vadodara HO people told me that it's reached withing 7 to 8 days to CANADA. i could not find tracking report of this documents. documents no is FG[protected]IN. pl inform me urgently

indian postal department — Non-receipt of any of the mails sent to us by Indian Post

Dear Sir,

Almost six months back we had shifted to Delhi from Hyderabad and below is our residence and office address.

My residence address is
11B, First Floor, Pocket-1, Aastha apt., MIG Flats, Kondli Gharoli, Mayur Vihar Ph-3, New Delhi-110096.

I am not receiving my mails sent through Indian Posts on our residence address.

Can somebody help us in this regard so that we start getting our mails?
