Dear Sir, My name is Gollakota Kameshwara Rao and my Membership number is - ITBC08506913. I have received the CD's worth Rs 2249/= in the month of November(maybe around 8th). As per the instructions given in the letter enclosed with the CD's I have logged on and entered the details mentioned for which I have not received any message in my email nor through postal correspondence. Subsequently I have called ur office 4 times for the customer care and informed them of the delay in free gifts and they once again have taken the size of the shoes and other information required and informed that I will receive in 2 weeks. Till date nothing has been received nor any information regarding has been passed onto me. I regert to inform of the poor quality of service even after putting it in the internet and calling ur customer service. I request you to kindly despatch the free gifts with sizes as mentioned below to the following address. 1.Type of Shoes - REEBOK / ADIDAS make. Size of shoes - 9 2.Free Adidas bag worth Rs 499/= 3.Free holiday package worth Rs 5000/= for a couple for 3D & 2 N. 4.Daimond Jewellery - 0.06ct Diamond heart Pendent PC-368 worth Rs 8700/= My Residence Address is : H.No: 12-2-830/17/1, Hill Colony, Alapatinagar, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad-500028. At first a very Happy New Year to the entire team of India Today and also my thanks for sending my consignement which I have ordered few books wih order number OGA[protected] by internet on 22nd December2008 and have received the items on 09:01:2009 consignment No. 509839 with Membership No. ITBCO8798930 but now I am unable to login to claim the gifts so kindly look into the matter

India Today Book Club — unable to register
sir,I had ordered thru the internet for the gifts. I received a letter from india today Book Club, a cover containing that you have been selected as Customer of distinction and if you get the VPP by paying Rs-603/- on 7th july 2008.
the offer was
1.) savings of Rs.580.- on Booksbuddy bestseller packet.
2.) Free Diamond JEwellery Voucher Worth Rs.5000/-
3.)Free Tupperware Lunch Box woth rs.330/-
I received the VPP and when i tried to place the order for the jewellery, I am not able to place the order.
THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING THE CUSTOMER.
