Dear All, Can any body revert the status of my refund awaiting form last six months, every time when I call your customer support the replay is same that It will be done with in a weeks time . I want the date when I can receive the amt in my Hand. You people are cheating the customers , using the money from last six months & not reverting the status. LIVING MEDIA INDIA LIMITED / INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB / BAG IT TODAY — MONEY NOT REFUNDED AFTER 2 YEARS OF CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Dear Sir,My membershib number with ITBC (India Today Book Club of Living Media India Ltd.) is ITBC 08786103 vide which I had ordered for some DVDs. I had paid Rs. 2,598/- through my credit card. However, later due to some reason the order was cancelled. I have been following up with this company from last 22 months by phone and emails but they have still not refunded my money.
There is absolutely no responses to emails. On phone calls I am told that the complaint is been forwarded to concerned dept. and some one will get in touch with me. However, this has not happened in last 22 months.
I have also sent the statement of the credit card as a proof but of no avail. I have closed my credit card account some months back and therefore requested them to send payment by cheque which is still awaited and there is no update from this company.
