[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — fraud and cheating by indiabulls

Indiabulls is the fraud and cheater company. Never take any type of loan from indiabulls. My Interest ROI interest increase from 10.50% to 13.50. I talked to customer care, loan manager and also visit branch many times but they said only one answer "RATE OF INTEREST WILL NOT DECREASE, YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR LOAN TO OTHER BANK, IF YOU WANT". and their forclosure charges is 5%. What the hell.

Worst company ever... Don't Take Loan From Indiabulls and Save your Money.

My home loan of 25L was for 20 years at 9%. Now they have fraudly increased ROI to 10.31% and home loan is now updated to 40years with hardly any principal payment for first 20 years. I am going to file a police complaint against them for this fraud and then get my loan tranferred to other bank. I have asked my entire friend circle as well as relatives to never deal with Indiabulls

Fraud company indiabulls

You guys not solve this issue. i will escalate this on social media and consumer court. aap logo ki gunda gardi chal rahi hai. chor company indiabulls. reduce my RIO otherwise ill take legal action

Indiabulls money finance http://www.indiabullsmoneyfinance.in a fraud company. They approved a loan of 1.5L. after that they take 5500 for registration fee and 4500 for advance emi. After that they also talk me to give 14400 for gst. I gave that. After that they talk to me to give another 21400 for holding charge and 17200 for verification charge. I talk to cancel the loan and returned the amt which I gave. But they refuse that. Please talk what to do now. I attached the id card of executive of that company.

Issues-

1) RM chasing the customer and stressing to reveal password to do trade on customers behalf
2) Providing false information on the brokerage on the entire transaction and confusing the customer with false stock price.

Brief-

I had been harassed by the RM(Anupama patle) frequently to do the trade or reveal my password of my demat account([protected]) with IndiaBulls trading account(PU6072) so that she can do trade on my behalf.

I was chased almost every week from the past 1 year to reveal my password or do a trade myself. Finally I was convinced to trade over the phone, I was trapped by RM who provided a false stock price as Rs 2100 instead of actual stock price Rs 21000 for stock “EicherMotors” and was told that the brokerage amount to be Rs 2000 for the entire transaction to be done over the phone. I was forced to buy 100 Quantity over the phone received from Indiabulls, after buying the stock realised that the stock price is Rs 21000 and traded in margin an amount of 21 lakhs.I felt cheated, and had encountered a huge loss due to my RM(Anupama) and Rs 34, 000 was collected as brokerage by Indiabulls.

I am completely unaware of the concept of Margin and how did they give me a margin of Rs 21 lakh when I am having a portfolio of 7 lakhs.
