[Resolved]  IndiaGames — Fraud company

This is to inform everyone that company with a name Indiagames.com is a fraud company and is into fooling customers with some fake and totally useless product called Games on Demand. Recently my brother who is in hyderabad got a call from the call center executive from this company regarding subscription to this product. My brother refused for this and also asked about how they got his number since he is already registered with Do Not Distrub registry. The executve could not provide any information on this and requested that he should listen to him only for 5 minutes and that he should not subscribe if he is not interested. My brother listened to that fellow for 4-5 minutes and he kept explaining about the product and the associated registration process. But after listening to the whole explaination as well my brother refused and said he is not interested and should not get any more calls. Surprisingly, even after refusing categorically, in the next broadband bill, he was charged against the subscripion charges for games on demand package. He informed the company and even escalated the matter to the senior people of the company including the CEO but could not get any help. Not only that but he kept on getting the charges added to his bill in the subsequent bills as well and till date he is struggling to get that rectified without any result.He even spoke with the local franchisee of the indiagames.com company but even he could not help stating he himself struggling to cancel his franchisee with the company as he has not been getting paid by the company. So this is for information of everyone that this company is indulged in unethical actiivties and making fool of the people by forcing their product to their customers. So pls inform everyone in your circle to be away from this company otherwise they will not get robbed of their hard earned money. You can evey search on the internet about their background and financial health and you will come to know yourself about the state of the cmpany.
