I got a call on my landline on Jan 20 2009 saying BSNL is offering free games for 1 month thru Indiagames and all downloads are free. After the trial period, I will be charged Rs. 200/-. I asked him clearly if he was calling from BSNL or from Indiagames - he said BSNL and even showed me the home page www.bsnl.indiagames.com . On feb 3, sunday i downloaded a game of about 4.5 MB. the next day, I tried playing it, i got a message free period has expired and that you need to re-register. I decided against it as I was not satisfied with the site. But I got the shock of my life, when i gor the march bill of 3954/- rs for data charges. I went to BSNL kalyan office, but the nodal officer said that they donot entertain such complaints as they have no such "circular". Even after repeated attempts, the BSNL officer gives the same answer. I mentioned to him about the website and he avoids it saying anyone can advertise on BSNL website. But when I ask him how can they build a microsite on BSNL, he pleads ignorance. I have the log details of indiagames playing times, but BSNL officials refuse to acknowledge it saying the data has to come from their server. My phone and broadband has been disconnected. I have vowed never to purchase a product or service from any govt of India company afeter seeing the way the BSNL nodal officer from UP behaved with me.

I subscribe past 5 moths to get benifit of free trial of Indiagames. But when i unsubscribe they not done and sent me a email saying that they will contact me next 48 hrs. On contacting them I talked them and said about my zero interest towards Indiagames. But they not Un-subscribe me till now after my again n again request and Rs 200/- charging everymonth. So I came to know that Indiagames is totally fraud. But some questions raised in my mind ...

1. Why BSNL Collabrates with Indiagames.
2. Why Indiagames Subscribe in a single click and not Unsubscribe soon, why they contact within 48 hrs.
3. I request all and specially to BSNL that they discontinue fraud Indiagames immediately otherwise customers of BSNL will more worry. Bsnl return the overcharging to customers due to Indiagames.

The all unsubscribtion requests are processed online and accordingly customer is billed we have thousands of customers in the system and no such problem is reported.

I had subscribed to the free 1 month trial of games on demand by indiagames by bsnl. I continued the the subscription for 1 more month and at the end of the month, I canceled the subscription by going into 'My Account' in the indiagames for bsnl website. Next month, I got the billing of Rs 200 as GOD charges plus the broadband charges.I thought maybe because I unsubscribed at the end of the month, I got that additional GOD charges on my bsnl bill. But after that I am getting it again and again for 3 months now.The problem is I can't access the site with my username and password as I have canceled mu subscription.But when I click on 'I can not access my account', it sends my username and password to my email.But I cant acces the site with the same. Please check this matter and unsubscribe me and refund the charges as soon as possible

This is to inform that the bsnlindiagames misleading the bsnl customers. They told that one month free of cost after that if we subscribe then they will charge Rs100/- per month. Without subscribing they are giving information over phone that they charged Rs200/-. This is very much frud. Do not do this type of things and bsnl should not encourage this type of people

The complaint is terribly true. I am also called a month ago, the guy talks as though he is standing on HOTWATER TUB, never makes the customer understand what he tells and finally ge the customer in a problem. This afternoon at 2-40 pm on June 23rd, I was called by a hurrying lady who also stands in hotwater, said if I do not want ---go to--something--cancell account. What does she mean? Is the customer just taken for a ride? I do not want this game business, and I will not pay any money on this.

I have getting regular bill from BSNL every month, since last three month BSNL charged me for Online Gaming Service provide by INDIAGAMES LTD. which is merged company with BSNL providing the online gaming service to the BSNL Broadband customer. I have never done the agreement for the permanent service for the GAMING PORTAL providing by BSNL and INDIAGAMES, I have never signed any paper agreement for this service in last one year, but they have charge me for the same service since last three month in bill for "GODCHG" which is gaming service charge from INDIAGAMES. I hereby request to you please do some necessary action for my additional charge which i have to deduct from my last three month bill amount as paid amount.
My bill detail as under:
(1) 24 Feb -30 Apr - 142/- +200/-
(2) 1 May - 31 May - 200/-
(3) 1 June - 30 June - 200/- = Total amount to be paid for the "GODCHG" is 742/-

same thing happend to me als. i have given complaint to bsnl custemcare centre but they are helpless. its compination of cheatting. no use to give complaint. i have decided to quite from bsnl service

I have idea connection. I had tried to download Need for speed gamer from nokia ovi suite which was mentioned as free.
This download failed in between. and I never played this game. But I got Rs. 100 for 2 consecutive months in my bill.

BSNL called me about a month back, telling about broad band, asking me to log on step by step over phone, and befopre downloading game told me the free offer is only for one month. I told them, that i am not interested, and did not download the game.

call from BSNL, asking to check broad band, and ask ous to log on to india games. finally after giving code etc, they dsay you can download free games, for 1 month and charges thereafter. I said i am not interested, and did not down load games. and asked them to cancell it.
now a call from bsnl india games (see the cunning call, previously from BSNL) asking to pay.

with the director, general managers look inot this and rectify.
