Dear sir,
i have ordered one gift for wedding Anniversary through online shop. But as per their terms & conditions, it should be delivered with in 24 hrs, but not yet, i have booked an order by 27th, but till date not delivered.
i have paid full money for the gift. Still they are delaying. Actually i am out of country for my official tour. Totally its wasting my money & time. need proper action.
