MYSELF IS SUMITRA GUPTA, RESIDENT OF ROHINI, DELHI. I AM FACING A PROBLEM IN REFILL BOOKING OF MY COOKING GAS CYLINDER (CONSUMER NO. 17342). I HAVE TRIED BY ALL VERSIONS OF BOOKING (INTERNET,PHONE,PERSONAL) BUT INTERNET BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED & THIER PHONE NEVER GET CONNECTED WHEN U TRIED, THE ONLY WAY LEFT IS BY GOING PERSONALLY EVERY TIME, WHICH IS VERY INCONVENIENT. AFTER U GOT UR CYLINDER BOOKED, U NEVER KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERD (ITS UNEXPECTEDLY LATE) MY INDIAN OIL GAS DEALER IS M/S ROHINI ENTERPRISES, ROHINI, DELHI-110085. (PHONE NO.-[protected]). INDIAN OIL / GAS CYLINDER REFILL — NON DELIVERY OF COOKING GAS
I AM A CONSUMER OF INDANE COOKING GAS, J-20730, IN THE ROOP NAGAR LOCALITY,SUPPLIER NAME SHIEKH INDANE,PATOLI MORH, JANIPURA.I HAD BOOKED THE GAS ON 19 JAN 2011, IN SPITE OF REMINDERS/REQUESTS,THE DEALER IS NOT SENDING THE REFILL,INSTEAD IS BLACK MARKETING THE GAS TAKING UNDUE ADVANTAGE OF THE CONSUMERS.
WE WANT THE SUCH DEALERS SHOULD BE PENLISED AND ALSO THE COMPANY SHOULD TAKE THE DEALERSHIP FROM SUCH DEALERS.
ALL THE CONSUMER DEALERS SHOULD BE PENALISED AND ACTION AGAINST BLACK MAKETERS IN THE COUNTRY SHOUD BE DONE THE THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TO CLEAN THE SYSTEM

indian oil cooking gas — harrashment for purcahsing things with cooking gas
Dear Sir,we are counsumer and use cooking gas for our daily for cooking food.
but now when i try to buy cooking gas from our authoreised dealers then he pushed to buy something from their side like lighter,gas pipe,apron etc. if any one distract or ssay no then he is too rude and say the gas is over come next day. many people shut their mouths due to that if they say no then what happen no one say, so please help me to get out of rid these types of situations.
we live in uttranchal in kotdwara.
