Dear Sir,
I am the customer of BSNL with land line no.[protected]. I have paid my telephone bills for feb'09 & mar'09. But unfortunatlly I have lost the receipt.
I am asking for duplicate or reprint of receipt, but your office is not issuing the same to me. They said this facility is not available.
I don't understand why your office is not issuing same. I have paid the amt. and I just want duplicate receipt/ or reprint or any other report which says I have paid amt. of bills for feb'09 & mar' 09.
Please accept my request and do needful.
