[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation — Gas Refueling delay | |||
I have Indane Gas connection at Alaka, Bhubaneswar Depo. I had booked for a Indane gas cylinder for re-fuelling at the Indane Gas Depo Alaka, Bhubaneswar on dt.19.03.2011 vide booking no-1725. I am yet to receive the said refuelling. It is a regular practice of the Alaka Depo of Indane Gas to supply gas minimum one month delay and they never receive booking over phone. All the Indane Gas customers at Alaka, Bhubaneswar are suffering the same problem regularly. Actions may kindly be taken to Was this information helpful? | |||

I AM ALSO FACING SAME PROBLEM WITH ALKA GAS AGENCY. STAFFS NOT PICKING UP PHONE FOR BOOKING. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.
