[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation — Blocking of consumer No

Reg:- My consumer number 789
With reference to the above consumer number. I would like to state that the last date of submission of Adhar card is15/2/13. Whereas my consumer no was blocked from booking for a cylinder from 16/1/13. As you are well aware that after 15/2/13 a customer will not get gass subsidy till the adhar card is submitted to the gas agency.
It is injustice to block my consumer no. proir to the date fixed by the government. I am a senior citizen(84years) and I cannot go here and there for getting the gas. As such I request you to unblock my customer no 789 and allow me to book my cylinder. Last cylinder booked on 16/11/12 and delivered on 25/11/12. Since 15days I am trying to book and there is no proper information in online booking portal.
