[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation — Domestic Gas connection transfer

I had taken transfer voucher (No.-0068477, dt-26/07/2006) from Durgachak Gas Agency, Haldia west bengal for transfer of my domestic Indane gas connection from haldia (W.B)To UdaiPur (Rajasthan) Since in Udaipur i was residing in remote place & cokking gas was provided by my company, I had not submitted the TV to indane gas dealer & not taken connection there. Recently I had been transfered to Rajgangpur, disst-Sundargarh (Orissa) & now here local Indane dealer M/s Rajgangpur Gas agency not accepting my TV & not issuing me gas connection and telling that this connection is expired I an helpless, Kindly assist me to get renew my connection regards, Brajesh Kumar Chaturvedi Qtr. I had taken transfer voucher (No.-[protected] Dated- 19/12/2011) from Jalpaiguri District Central Co-Operative Consumers Stores Gas Agency, Jalpaiguri West Bengal for transfer of my domestic Indane gas connection from Jalpaiguri To Dumdum ( Kolkata - 28 ).
I have submitted the TV to local Indane dealer M/s Chiradeep Gas agency, Dumdum Park Kolkata on 20/12/2011 ( Ph No- [protected] ) but till date I have not received any connection.
I an helpless, Kindly assist me to get my connection as early as possible.
