[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation, Delhi — less weight of gas cylinder

I am consumer of LPG, Indane through Sona enterprises, A-72/2, Masoodpur, Vasantkunj new delhi-70.My consumer number is 25939.Since past few months i have been observing that my gas cylinder gets over before the normal usage time.Today while taking deliavery i insisted the the delivary boy to weigh it he some how tampared the weighing scale and showed me right figure where as later when i got it maesured through a genuine scale it was weighing 5 kg less.This is been a regular feature since past few months .kindly look into the matter and do as required or else i hav to approach other related forums... Dear Sir/Madam,
I Virendra Singh ASP O/o The SSPO's New Delhi South Dn. New Delhi-110019 hereby stated that i have called many time at Aswani Gas Services Bhajanpura Delhi-110053 for booking my gas cyllender but no response received from the said agency.I also stated that the staff concerned keeps hange the phones knowingly. Due to non contecting the phone at gas agency i talked with Mr. katariya who is the owner of this agency over his mobile no-[protected] and with the Field Officer (Madam)over her mobile no-[protected] on 20.08.08 &01.09.08 but no response received till date from both side. You are requested to please sortout my problem and to issue the necessary instructions to the concerned gas agency and staff also who keeps himself gossip with each other i.e. Ramu bhaiya please mujhe mat maro please in laughing and naughty mood.

Since transfer is within NCR so I dont want to deposit my stove, 2cylindes, regulator etc.

I am trying to call sona enterprises from last one week, but they are not picking the phone. I have to transfer my connection, but what to do? Can you give me suggestion ?

I was a dealer for Sona Gas Agency Kannur and we have returned all the gas cyclinders and refuended deposit to the customers but the company is not refunding our desposit for Rs. 164, 000 as per the Kannur court order. I spoke and send mails to Mr. S G Shekar who is the manager. Every time he just give excues it is now two years after the court order he has not refunded the deposit. Please provide any information regarding the Sona gas Agency to me and beware of the scam Sona Gas Agency is running with customers and dealers.
