[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation / Indane — supply of defective refills

I am the customer of Indane distributor PATTAMMAL GAS AGENCY, TAMBARAM WEST, CHENNAI - 45. The last supplied cylinder was a defective one, such that when connected to regulator, gas leaked out direct from the cylinder. When contacted the emergency number of the agency provided in IOC website, they simply replied to contact the refill supplying staff in the street to look into it.
What a apathy.

My consumer no 1391 name is T.N.Navaneetha Krishnan M/s. Karthik Gas Agency Nilakottai in Dindigul District at Tamil Nadu. Last week one cylinder delivered tomy house, which was lesser weight. Immediately informed to the agent and thrice reminded to them. Neither reply / nor person came for attending compliant.
