[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation / Lpg Gas — Poor Customer Service from IOC | |
Respected Sir/Madam, On Oct 11, 2008, I went to TUCS(Abiramapuram Indane Gas Agency No, 91, St.Mary Road, Chennai 600028) for requesting refill of my gas. Every month I had to go personally and book for the refill as most of time the phone connection will be engaged and unattended. I also been there to request for the reduction of Rs. 30 in the bill as per the new announcement from Government. Company expects consumers to come personally to verify the ration card for this. I did all this 2 months back but still it was not reflected in their record and every month i was forced by the sales boy to pay 30 Rupees extra. one more point to note here is, even though we pay 339.60 and 10 rupees for sales boy the bill amounts to 289.00. I am really not sure why officials are still not taken any action again this. Then where my 50 Rupees is going? When I checked this with the attender in the office by name Sakthi, he spoke very rudely and challenged me to do whatever I want. He also said that I will not get the refill in 20 days and also the bill will not be reduced. This made me to write this mail and expecting officials to take action against him so that it will not happen to any public in future. Hoping that some action will be taken. I will not going to stop with this, I request public reading my grievances to direct me to appropriate officials in IOC to contact or any advice regarding this would be of great help to me.
