Indian Oil Corporation Ltd — delay in supply of LPG cylinder

My consumer no. R37209
I am attached to M/s. Raghu gas Agency Khandsa Road Gurgaon Haryana.
I booked for my refill cylinder One month ago.
Till date ie 13-12-09 the cylinder has not been supplied.
I personally called on them today. They assured supply by this evening which has not happened
till now 6.50 pm.
They have been supplying the refills within Two week regularly.
Only this occasion this inordiante delay is happening.
pl. look into the matter and urge them to supply the refill cylinder latest by 15-12-09.

I am attached to M/s. Raghu Gas Services located at 25-29, Kamla Nehru Market, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon-122002 Haryan. Which code no. is 9103836.I booked for my refill cylinder on[protected] but till date ie[protected] the cylinder has not been supplied.
I personally called them again & again for last one month(23.12.2009) & they assured me for supply by next day but they do not send the supply & they do not pick the phone & not sending the supply till date.They make excuse again & againg not sending the delivery.

Please do the need full as early as possible at your end.
