I, MEENA KETAN PANDA OF A.N.GUHA LANE, SAMBALPUR (ORISSA) IS A CONSUMER OF INDANE GAS BEARING CONSUMER NO.18851. THE DISTRIBUTOR OF THE GAS IS LIPI GAS SERVICES, SAMBALPUR. THE SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDER ON BOOKING IS ABNORMALLY DELAYED.
AS THE MOBILE NO. OF YOUR COMPANY SALES OFFICER GIVEN BY LIPI GAS SERVICES, SAMBALPUR IS NOT CORRECT, I COULD NOT CONTACT HIM. THE DISTRIBUTOR HAS ALSO NOT DISPLAYED THE NAME AND CONTACT NO. OF THE PERSON(S) TO WHOM WE WILL CONTACT AT THE TIME OF OUR DIFFICULTY.

I HAVE BOOKED FOR REFILL CYLINDER ON 09.11.2010, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GAS CYLINDER.

AS ONE MONTH AND TEN DAYS HAS ALREADY PASSED ON BOOKING FOR A CYLINDER HAS ALREADY DELAYED I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TO TAKE STEPS FOR DELIVERY OF REFILL CYLINDER AT AN EARLY DATE.

I, Jasvir Singh Rawat of Indrapuram Ghaziabad, ) my family is am consumer of Indane gas bearing consumer no.63353 (booking no is 111dt[protected] the agency of the gas is Yadu Indian Sewa at Shahibad, the supply of gas cylinder on booking is abnormally delayed. the land line no of agency always busy or no pick up the phone while it’s ringing

I have booked for refill cylinder on[protected]Ref No 111) online after no one pickup the landline Numbers, but till date I have not received the gas cylinder. While the due time is within in the 2 days

I request you to look into the matter and to take steps for delivery of refill cylinder at an early date.

I, pramod kr bhagat ETAH U.P. consumer of Indane gas bearing consumer no.57 (booking no is H.D dt[protected] the agency of the gas is ETAH GAS SERVICE at ETAH code no.is154289, the supply of gas cylinder on booking is abnormally delayed. the land line no of agency always busy or no pick up the phone while it’s ringing

I have booked for refill cylinder on[protected]Ref No HD 12.06.2011) online after no one pickup the landline Numbers, but till date I have not received the gas refill cylinder. While the due time is 40 days delay I personally contract the ETAH GAS SR.CENTRE (PH.NO[protected] sales manager saying that non supply of gas since 20 days BY THE IOC COMPANY.

I request you to look into the matter and to take steps for delivery of refill cylinder at an early date. I am saying that in this connection SUPPLY OF black marketing cylinder RS.700/ PER REFILL CYLINDER.
