Indian Oil, Delhi — Regarding not to give me a new cooking gas connection

Dear Sir / Madam

Here I have to state you that
I have applied for double cooking gas cylinder
in priya services, defence colony, ph:24328533, 24311227
they told that letter will come to my resident than double
will possible
now from one month 20.11.8 to 6.1.09 happened but no response
priya services telling that they send the letter and not
received than contact post office lodhi road
but lodhi road post office telling that they havent received

now the question is if I havnt received than I will get double
gas cooking cylinder
priya service saying that you will never get unless get that letter from post office

but from were I will get letter please explain
I told them to please issue another copy but they are not talking to me
cylinder is name of my wife Ruparna Mishra :gas no-24686

Sir, I have booked my refile cylender on 2nd March, 2009 through 1260. The consumer no. is 11990 with Awtar gas services Shalimabagh. I am sorry till today the gas cylinder has not replace nor any news. Is there any shortage of gas? Or they are not bothered for booking through 1260. Plase ask them to improve theire servises. Their direct phone always getting engaged or getting no reply. The reason best knon to you.

My house no. is ND - 26, Pitampura near DAV School. I hope, you will take action with your delar and give me feedback.
