Sir, I had been delivered a defective gas cylinder on[protected] from VIBHUTI GAS AGENCY P.O. KHARSIA PIN 496661 DIST. RAIGARH ( C.G.). Gas from the cylinder is being leakaged. We had written a complaint letter to their office but no action had been taken necessarily till time. Please, take necessary action against the agency. The phone nos. they had given are [protected], [protected] but whenever we call no response is given to us.

Today I have been delivered gas cylinder for the sixth time by the above distributor in the lats 3 months. Everytime I have been supplied with a defective cylinder it has turned out to be a defective one and most alarmingly four out of six times the above distributor has supplied the same with leakage thereby leaving us to face a dangerous situation. Today the cylinder was delivered at 05.30 in the evening and by the time the leakage could be detected the distributor had closed its office.
One can now understand what kind of grave situation we are now facing. I sincerely suggest that an enquiry be done on this issue. I do suspect that an organised racket may be involved in it where the above distributor may also be a part of it.
