Indian Oil Gas Service — Indian Oil gas cylinder Delivery delay

Dear Authority, My gas booking no. is 34649. and agency is Yadu Gas Service, Sahibabad. My complain is that I am not getting gas cylinder even after 5-6 days of booking date and I have to stay without cylider for 2-3 days. Second complain is that I have double cylinder connection but agency is not allowing to make a booking before 21 days. My request is that if in Single sylide facility as well as in double culinder facility, booking date come after 21 days then what is the advantage of having double cylinder. I have to stay without cylinder for 2-3 days in between gap of two cylinders. Pl take appropriate step for our sorting out my problem. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Dear Authority,
Gas cylinder delivery in our place taking two months of waiting time on an average. We have two cylinder, but this does not improve the situation either, the local gas distributor (Safa gas agencies, Tirurangadi, Malapuram Dist, Kerala) does not allow us to book for the second cylinder when there is already one booking pending on the consumer name. The distributor sites the reason that they are also in short of supply and are trying their best effort to distribute according to the seniority in the list. I wonder how only certain part of the district only is affected by gas supply shortage. Most of the other part of the district, average waiting time is less than a week.
My Indane consumer number is 00025453, and the recent booking we made is on 18 Nov 2008 (booking # 4587) and we are still waiting on the delivery for the same.
I would request you take all necessary steps to ensure timely delivery of the gas cylinders.
