I hold a gas connection (INDANE GAS) through M/s Rukmani Gas Service, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow, in my Father's name Mr. Vyas Deo, the Consumer No. being 5083. In the booklet provided by the Dealer there are two phone numebrs mentioned (2789334 & 2788050). Both the numbers are perpetually engaged. However if one is lucky, the second number is picked up, but when requested to book for a refill, the consumer is asked to dial the other number, which is practivcally impossible to get through and even if it is not engaged the phone is never picked up.
Now, my contention is what the hell the use of giving the 'FACILITY' of Phone booking? Could you please provide me an alternative for booking of Gas refill on regular basis, except physically going to the agency.
