Golden Gas Service at in Ansals Vypar Kendra Gurgaon, Its Service - least said better it is. It has always been a huge challenge to book a gas Refill. Inspite of 3 phone lines/ tele nos., you never get their phone, no matter what ever time you call. Its so irritating, always one needs to go to the shop & book a refill. This is at times a waste of time & money, considering todays hectic life.
Today LPG is necessity for all o[censored]s. Do you all agree, do we have time to waste in booking a Refill ? each time it gets over. Gas pipe lines to our home is far flung thing. Can't the concerned authortity do something on this on urgent basis to improve this common menace. After booking the LPG supply is from (15 to 21 days). - Can we wait for so long ? Taking new connection is not simple, then again this will also face same issues.
Why can't the authority if listening, increase no. of LPG Retails Outlet in a certain KM Radius ?. Is there any department which check the functioning of Supply & Retail distribution.
I think unless WE solve such kind of Issues faced by Common Man, our country really developing is a far Cry. Pl WAKE UP TO THIS PROBLEM.

i have my gas connection KM 5009 with Kandhari Gas, Sector 2 Rohini Delhi I requested for a refill in the month of march 2011 and the cylinder was delivered to me after 2 requests. that to after going to thier office in person. I again requested for refill on 4.4.2011 followed by reminder on 8.4.2011 and 23.4.2011 On 23.4.2011 The agency told me that i have booked the cylinder on 8.4.2011 only To keep a record for future I applied for refill in writing for which the agency staff refused to accept my letter and told me to go to Indian Oil for taking proof of booking Is the agency right ? Shall I go to Indian Oil/ministry of petroleum/court/higher authorties or on huger strike every time for getting my cylinder refilled. is the agency staff so powerful that they can harass any one kindly help me ([protected])

Already I made complaint not delivered till now from LIPI GAS AGENCY of Sambalpur of Orissa.My gas consumer no S18715.I booked on[protected] for Gas.They replied within 3 to 4 days I can get.After 10 days also they replied to get on same day when I called.I have One cylinder.May I get another one or not.I gave the complaint earlier for same 5 to 6 days back.There is no response from Indane gas agency or by dept.Be patience is not the solution.Atleast we need a answer why they are delaying to supply of Gas & when we expect to get it.
