[Resolved] Indian Oil / Indane LPG Gas — Not having good service

I have gas connection with Ashirwad Gas Agency, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Whenever I tried to call for gas booking. Always their Tell.no.is getting busy or ringing.The no.is[protected] and[protected].I get fed up for their service and behaviour.It is not first time happening with us, but maximum time. I hope that you will do the proper action regarding this matter. Thanks .

I have applied for a new LPG connection with Ashirwad Gas Agency, Gandhinagar, Gujarat on 7th April 2009. I was told I would receive a registered letter from the Indane Gas in 15 days. Till date, I have not received any letter. When contacting the Ashirwad Gas Agency, I was told I might take 3-5 months (earlier it used to take even years). I am informed and the Oil companies claim that there in no shortage of any LPG cyclinders. Then why are consumers not given connections?

Indian Oil / Indane LPG Gas — Non-Issuance of New LPG Connection

I have applied for a new LPG connection with Ashirwad Gas Agency, Gandhinagar, Gujarat on 7th April 2009. I was told I would receive a registered letter from the Indane Gas in 15 days. Till date, I have not received any letter. When contacting the Ashirwad Gas Agency, I was told I might take 3-5 months (earlier it used to take even years).
