Dear sir,
I am a consumer of LPG in suravi gas.Durgapur west bengal.my customer nunber is*******
1)The distributer never picks up the telephone for booking.
2)They dont have any IVRsystem.
3)They do not accept booing of gas before 15 days of delivery of one cylinder. 4)Their behaviour towards customer is disgrasefull.
5)Their delivery boys do not show us the weight of the cylinder at the time of delivery.
6)after booking the lpg cylinder is delivered only afer 15-17 days.So a family needs to wait for more than 1 month for a cylinder
7)They say that this is done for non supply of cylinders whereas cyinders are available in black market for Rs *** extra

Please please help us
In this situation IOC is requested to take action against this distributor .

I am a consumer of LPG in Raj Flame agency, Shop No. 11, Shanti Market, Rama Park, Mohan Garden, New Delhi-59 having phone no. 25337713.My customer number is SRF5678.

1)The distributer never picks up the telephone for booking.
2)They do not accept booing of gas before 21 days of delivery of one cylinder.
3)Their behaviour towards customer is disgrasefull.
4)Their delivery boys do not show us the weight of the cylinder at the time of delivery.
5)After booking the LPG cylinder is delivered only after 15-17 days ever more than that.So a family needs to wait for more than 1 month for a cylinder
6)They say that this is done for non supply of cylinders whereas cyinders are available in black market.

Please please help us

The distributer never delivery 36 days from booking cylinder date .
My family member is eight and assign two cylinder from suravi.

Why delayed is happend last eight to nine months before.
They dont have any IVRsystem.
They do not accept booking of gas before delivery of one cylinder.
Their behaviour towards customer is disgrasefull.
Their delivery boys do not show us the weight of the cylinder at the time of delivery.
After booking the lpg cylinder is delivered only after 36 days.
So a family needs to wait for more than 1 month for a cylinder
They say that this is done for non supply of cylinders whereas cyinders are available in black market for Rs *** extra.
Pl note that point : OTHER DISTRIBUTOR, AFTER BOOKING OF LPG CYL. IS DELIVERED ONLY AFTER 1O DAYS.

Please help us and change my distributor.
In this situation IOC is requested to take action against this distributor .
