[Resolved] Indian Overseas Bank — debit of rupees from ATM card no action on given application

sir i have given written application in bank(1/7,NATH COMPLEX,DHAKRAN CROSSING M.G.ROAD,AGRA_282010) that i swap my ATM card in TANIQ gold shop(PRACHI JEWELS) but money does not credit in taniq shop as they show me statement that i had shown to bank manager but my amount is not credit till date there irresponsible behavior they didnot show any action till date as it was happen on 29 08 2010 as i remineded them again and again but they give us unsatisfactory answer and tell us to come on next date as i m a working lady so cant go so frequentely.kindly help me .

I have IOB saving Ac . I have lost my ATM card in BOB(Bank of broda) ATM machine, so we went to IOB branch for that.,
and contact from IOB ATM help desk and told the problem, IOB employee is saying you have two option
1st is blocked ATM and 2nd is closed ATM, but problem is that why did not told regarding CARD retrieval.
after that i went to BOB branch and told abt problem and manager told you can retrieve your card through verification.so I went again IOB branch then IOB employee told we submitted request for new ATM card and you will wait for 1 month for new card.Then I told that you can cancel your request...then replies "i can not do any thing ...pls out from here"

Without my info request will submitted and did not tell me about card retrieval option...
right now our card is in my HAND. so please cancel requst for new ATM and continue old ATM services

But this is Very care less services????/////
