[Resolved]  Indian Overseas Bank — cheque not deposited

I had deposited a cheque to my dwarakanagar ,visakahapatnam branch account number 7617,at Vizianagaram Indian Overseas bank Branch nearly 2 months back.Cheque hadnt deposited yet and no one is responding to my request.

MY WIFE HAVE DEPOSITED A CHEQUE IN INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK ( BRODWAY BRANCH) CHENNAI. A MONTH BACK STILL IS IT IS NOT CLEARED. ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO THE BANK 2 TO 3 TIMES THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM ANY ONE. THEY ASK US TO GIVE NEW CHEQUE BUT MY CUSTOMER WILL NOT WILLING TO GIVE A NEW CHEQUE .ABSOLUTELY ITS A BANK MISTAKE THEY HAVE LOST MY CHEQUE .WE ARE DOING A GOOD TRANSACTION IN THIS BANK THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE ARE FACING THIS PROBLEM THE SERVICES IS VERY VERY BAD.SO WHAT I WANT TO DO NOW ?
