Hai all i have applied for pcc (police clearance certifiacte) for south africa last month thats on 18th march and not got till now my friends applied with me and got that same day but i havnt got they went to south africa for a company vist purpouse they asked to get a pcc from your passport office i went and full filled application form and came but not got till now they are not even reponding what has happend i lost the gold oppurtunity due to them whom should i blame for this my fill no is x002700 i have applied in vizag and net status always showing application transferd to policy section, please see pro who the hell is this pro

Indian Passport — iam not recieved passport
i submitted passport application on[protected] on vijayawada passport office.my name is hari krishna padarthi
my application number is a/300405/08.
i had also completed police enquiry and they took also my photo and finger prints.
now also iam not received my passport.
it shows neglegency of governament officers.

Hi there,
Just a nosy observer from the UK. I am amazed at the resilient all of you show. Surely, it is your rights that these officials are impending on. Whenever there are silly political issues you have mass obstruction of public life but, issues of concern, societal impoverishment, malpractice, corrtuption etc doesn't heed in the media as much. I watch with amazement the Indian news channels, apart from some news on NDTV most news broadcasts are absolutely news worthless. If India is to become a developed nation it needs a total social revolution to rid the mindset of long established "ek haat do, aur ek haat lo", give in one hand, get in the other.
I feel very proud to be an Indian due to the rich culture, tradition and heritage that we possess, but feel disheartened of poor governance in a country that has so much to show the world.
All of you experiencing such malpractice should stand up for your rights, but please don't go destroying properties or causing violence that affects innocent by-standers.
You should infact be organising properly constructed pressure groups throughout the country to fight malpractice, maladministration & corruption or any other practices that has detrimental effect on accountability, poor service and poor governance. As citizens of the worlds largest democratic country, all of you have a duty to serve and preserve the nations integrity.
If anyone is familiar with the French revolution then you will recall that the corrupt monarchy was eradicted and new form of governance was introduced. French politcs is particularly interesting, in that although operating in a democratic process, the French policies are dominated by political philosophers rather than policy makers.
Power of the citizens are paramount in any political process or governance. Change can only come when citizens are empowered and work together for a better tomorrow.
Finally, the post from Rajesh Khanna Chandrasekaran, above was particularly interesting as it just confirms alot of what I said. When you deal with untrained staff together with lack of accountability, service provision will be hindered.
RISE ABOVE THE DESTRUCTIVE MANAGERS OF THIS GREAT NATION.
