i applied my new passport on 01 august 2011.when i checked the status of passport it is showing."It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time ".It means in a week time but i am waiting it from couple of weeks.i dialed a number that was [protected](Ghaziabad office) but no response. so i want to know when it will be delivered at my home. kindly do the same....

I applied for passport on 21/07/2011 my file number is E100227 dated 21/07/2011 . On inquiry with your web site police inquiry is pending then i inquired from local police that is Vijayawada commissionaire office they have send my file clearance by letter number 458 dated 11/10/2011 .
As i got invitation letter from Fitch burg State University, USA for graduation day function of my daughter on 27/01/2012 so please accept my request and issue my passport as early as possible.
I also send a fax to regional passport office Hyderabad on 21/12/2011.

Sir actually my passport renewal was on October 2011, but i have not applied yet.Please specify what are the procedures, that i have done for this.

The documents along with passport application form and draft of 1000 Rs is accepted by passport office. Then for police verification a police guy was came to my residence and he has queried about me and took the witness of my neighbour and told me to come in Malad police station. Next day i went to Malad police station with a copy of whatever documents i have submitted to passport office. Now after 2 months i am seeing the status as "
"Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined "
I am surprised why the police report is still incomplete even after 2 months.This shows the complete ignorence from the police department.Let me know what is missing in the report so that i will fill provide you that information.
I will be very grateful for your help/support.
