I had sent registered AD letter from Kharghar post office on 14/09/2011 to Marketing Manager LIC Divisional Office Thane but same had not been delivered tiil now and I had not got acknowledgement so far

I had sent registered AD letterfrom Panchavati post office on 03/11/2011 to to Raj Educational Infrastructure Ghatkopar Mumbai but same had not been delivered tiil now and I had not got acknowledgement so far
Reg AD letter counter foil bears following;
RLAD PANCHAVATI <422003>
ARM[protected]N
Counter No: 1, OP- Code:01.

Kindly let me know the same. As I am not able to track it myself as in the case of RLAD.
