indian postal department — letter not delivered

Sir/Mam,

This is K. Sreeganesh residing in Pammal, chennai. I posted a cover containing a cd on a special cd cover meant for the parcel purpose in pammal post office on november 30th i believe. I posted that letter after affixing the required amount of stamps after weighing the cover to the following address,

Ehsanur Rehman Faizani,
S/o Abdul Wajid Quadri,
kila ghat colony,
Darbanga - 846004,
Bihar.

But till now the cd cover hasnt been delivered. I sent it through normal post and dropped the cover on the pammal postoffice post box only.

I have mentioned the TO address and from address also. The letter havent returned to my address also.

I request you to trace the letter and know about its whereabouts.
