[Resolved] Indian Railways — Complaint in online Ticket Reservation
I had apply for booking 3 Nos.in AC 2 Tier tickets in Train No 2307 Jodhpur Express on 4th July for the reservation for 2nd Feb.2008 at around 8.01 AM but surprisingly I had not got the ticket in one serial No. and all the tickets were upper birth. As my mother(SRCTZN) being travelling with me, it was not possible for me to travel with these seats.
So, around 8.20AM, I again booked tickets in 3rd AC and get the satisfactory seats.
I was very surprised when I got the ticket next day when I see that the ticket which I booked at 8.01(AC 2Tier) was shown that it was issued at 8.40AM and the ticket of AC 3tier which was shown the time of issue as 8.21AM.How it is possible.
Is there any manupulation?
